Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Our Guarantee
Our tags are supplied and shipped by Red Dingo around the world at no additional cost to you. In Australia and New Zealand, our tags are produced and distributed from Sydney.
They are shipped via Australia Post from Sydney via regular mail. This can take up to 15 days, in particular if shipping to remote parts of the country in Australia or New Zealand - but we would expect them to be delivered sooner in most cases.
Every single pet tag is shipped with a SUPER STRONG Stainless Steel split ring (jump ring) for attaching your new tag to your pets collar. Stainless Steel means they are rust proof, and strong enough to last the life of the tag, which should outlast all your pet's adventures.
Our tags are engraved with diamond tip engraving which has no colour in the engraving.
Red Dingo guarantee all products to be free from material and manufacturing faults for the life of every product and will replace any defective products.
You have 30 days to return your tag, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if we have made an error in the engraving.

Please note, that whilst checking we do not correct spelling mistakes. We can only check layout and in some cases identify missing digits in phone numbers, but this is not always possible. It is your responsibility to correctly enter all orders. Please check you order very clearly, as well as your confirmation email, and IMMEDIATELY notify us of any errors or omissions. Once your order has been engraved, no corrections can be made under any circumstances, and a new tag would need to be ordered as we are unable to provide refunds.
Please note that this guarantee does not apply to the split ring.
